The pre-order window is indicated on all purchase listing and as indicated no orders will be dispatched while the pre-order window is still open. On the listing it will detail when the pre-order closes and when we estimate to have all orders shipped. This is an estimate only and any delays will be communicated with the customer directly as soon as practicable. After receiving your order confirmation email you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please remember - for any standard non pre-order orders there is a processing time of 3-5 days for us to make and pack your order before it is dispatched. The shipping time is on top of processing time. You will receiving your dispatch email when your order leaves our care. 

We ship via royal tracked shipping for both domestic and international post - as soon as it leaves our hands into the postman's hands we have no control over any potential delays your package may face. It is a tracked delivery and you will receiving your tracking number in your confirmation email.

Unfortunately The Feral Girls Club / Colouring team have no control over international shipping costs. We have taken time to find the best shipping options available and we ship all of our parcels with Royal Mail via a trackable service. 

 

UK delivery is done by Royal Mail Tracked24 so should be with you with 1-2 days of your order being dispatched depending on if it is posted AM or PM.

This is flat rate shipping based on the weight of your order and it is via Royal Mail International Tracked Delivery - your delivery fee is weight based so will change depending on how many items are in your basket

At this time we are not offering shipping within the EU with the recent changes in requirements from business to trade with the EU - however - please drop us an email at theferalgirlsclub@gmail.com if you are interested in EU delivery or anywhere International outside of the list above to discuss. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Feral Girls Club / Colouring are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@theferalgirlsclub.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We cannot accept responsibility for and will not be able to refund or replace items that are lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information. Please double check your address before ordering especially if it has auto-filled. Make sure everything is in the right order and spelled correctly.

You may be able to change your shipping address if we haven't packed your order yet. Please email info@theferalgirlsclub.com with your order number and correct shipping address as soon as possible and we will attempt to make the change for you.
