ll orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please remember that the processing time is in addition to the shipping time.

We ship via royal mail - as soon as it leaves our hands and goes into their hands we have no control over any potential delays your package may face.We post as standard 2nd class which has an advertised delivery scale from Royal Mail of 2-4 days.

We offer 2 flat postage rates for UK orders - £1 for orders that fit the weight and size constraints of UK letter sized shipping and £1.85 for order that fit the weight or size constraints of UK large letter shipping. This is worked out based on the items in your basket at the time of check out and will show at check out.

 

At this time we do not offer international shipping as standard - HOWEVER we are always open to consider the option so if you are trying to order from outside the UK just drop is an email to info@theferalgirlsclub.com, or fill in our contact from on our website - or DM us on our socials.

If we come to an agreement regarding international shipping then please be advised - Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Feral Girls Club is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
